Screen-printing! Thank you “The General” for teaching me this technique the way you did. Whatever the method is, I just love screen-printing.
This one is called “Fu” and it should be hanging on my living room wall. But I just can´t find a frame…
The starting point for this print was a picture taken with my old cellphone. The original was 320×240 pixels I think. The print is 100×70 mm. Somehow I managed to create huge round “pixels” in cmyk, but at the time we didn’t have black paint… So I divided de “K” by the “CMY” and I got this result. If you look closely you just see a bunch of dots. As you walk away you’ll start perceiving the original picture.
